Amy has been bringing her business education, paralegal and business banking experience to small businesses since 2001 when she started her own consulting firm, AR Robinson & Associates, providing management optimization services to small- and medium-size businesses in the North Bay Area.

In 2003, she relocated her consulting firm to Fayetteville, Arkansas and continued her success helping companies with process realignment and strategic planning. Springline Group was formed in 2005. Amy is co-founder of the firm’s core philosophy of Design Alignment™ maintaining that design thinking and a focus on forward movement is a powerful and effective method to approaching business solutions.

Amy added facilitation to her business tool-kit in 2008. She formalized her facilitation instruction by training for and applying Appreciative Inquiry to her business methodologies. She has designed and facilitated a variety of group and organization sessions, workshops and conferences, including Green Infrastructure at Ozark National Foods, Startup Model at NextGen Illumination, ITRI Women in IT Conference, Local Currency Discussion with the Green Economy Group and Solar Test Bed Project for the Fayetteville Public Library.

Amy also provides Business Coaching and provides entrepreneurs and business people with a sounding board for their ideas and challenges while helping them create attainable strategies to accomplish their goals.
