Steve McBee is Owner of Creative Awards, Inc., a local promotional marketing agency.  With 17 years of experience in the recognition and promotional marketing profession, Steve guides Creative with hands-on leadership including culture development, sales and business expansion, leveraging technology, employee relations, and client relationship management. Steve’s philosophy is to build a company where people thrive.  He is a cancer survivor, an endurance junkie, and enjoys taking risks and pushing the limits.  Steve has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas.
